Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

We are committed to making https://econewbies.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Even though this website is not subject to a strict legal accessibility obligation, we consider digital inclusion a priority.

2. Accessibility frameworks and standards

Where possible, we follow the principles of the French RGAA framework as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the W3C.

Our goal is to comply with these recommendations as much as possible, within our technical capabilities.

3. Existing measures

- Use of semantic structure (headings, lists, etc.) to organize content and support screen-reader navigation.
- Verified color contrasts to maintain readable text.
- Keyboard navigation: interactive elements (links, menus) can be used with the « Tab » key.
- Avoiding text embedded in images when possible.
- Descriptive alternative text for informative images.

4. Current limitations and ongoing improvements

We continuously work to improve accessibility on https://econewbies.com, but some limitations may remain: embedded videos without captions or transcripts, forms requiring additional ARIA enhancements, and legacy content still under review.

We are progressively addressing these points and remain attentive to user feedback.

5. Contact us about accessibility issues

If you encounter an accessibility issue on the site, please report it at contact@econewbies.com or via our dedicated contact form: https://econewbies.com/contact.

Please include the page or feature concerned and describe the issue so we can improve accessibility effectively.

6. Right to appeal

If no response is provided, or if the response is unsatisfactory, you may contact the French Defender of Rights or the relevant departmental disability office (MDPH), in accordance with French regulations.
